lamp, you need to focus on these points: material, lifespan, power, effect and
so on.
UV lamp is made of natural
crystal pure quartz glass tube, the penetration rate is 80% to 90%, is the best
material to make germicidal lamp. However, some businesses in order to save
costs, using high borax as raw material of high borax glass tube; the
penetration rate is even less than 50%. There is great difference between the
prices of them. High borax glass tube in sterilization is far less than quartz
sterilization lamp. Worse, the UV intensity of the high boron lamp is easily
attenuated, and after hundreds of hours the UV intensity drops dramatically to
50% -70% at the beginning. While the quartz lamp ignited 2000-3000 hours later,
the UV intensity is reduced to only 80% -70% of the initial; the degree of
light failure is much smaller than the high boron lamp!
